Uk parcels over 2 kg with royal mail parcel service (insurance for loss available only). Overseas up to 2 kg is via international air mail which is insured for up ot £34 (or up to £500 for £5.50 extra). Overseas weighing 2 kg or more is via parcel force worldwide with insurance available for loss only. I can not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post but so far almost nothing has ever been broken or lost any responsibility would lie with the courier and i would of course assist in any claim.
